It was tempting to make some sort of hackneyed Tyra Banks or Guns 'N Roses reference as an opener, but I think you, dear readers, will find that the scope of this issue speaks for itself. Neat and compact, The Jungle Issue encompasses a broad variety of prose and poetry -- some pieces have sharp thorns and others tend toward the sweeter side. All share a singular feature -- crisp writing and indubitable verve.
